Position Overview
- Independently develop leads through cold calling, appointment setting, networking and the like
- Service existing accounts
- Prepare quotes and create written proposals and reports
- Optimize sales growth through daily activities of identifying opportunities and performing efficient follow-up
Position Salary and Compensation
- Base Salary of $40-50K
- Aggressive Commission Plan
- $500 Month Car Allowance
- $100 Month Cell Phone Allowance
- Fuel Allowance

Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required but prefer Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or at least some college
- Must have at least 2 years of outside sales experience in construction sales or a related industry with a proven track record of success in cold calling and closing new accounts
- Must have the ability to identify and close new customer accounts
- Thrive in a fast paced, results oriented, goal driven environment
- Good time management and communication skills
- Self-motivated and competitive
