Location: Downtown Chicago (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ONSITE MONDAY - FRIDAY)

PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

Data entry

Transferring (copy/paste) content from quarterly newsletter PDF into a CMS tool built in Drupal

Editing existing data for accuracy

Follow table of contents, re-formatting when needed

Proofreading

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required

1-2 years of experience within a corporate or NFP setting

Strong data entry and document formatting skills

Proofreading: high attention to detail and accuracy

Outstanding oral/written communication acumen

Tech savvy: Advanced MS Office proficiency

Experience utilizing Drupal based platform is a plus

Works well independently, also enjoys team collaboration
