We are a 3-day in-office hybrid company and are seeking employees in the local Phoenix, AZ area to join our dynamic team!

Job Overview

The Enterprise Product Owner is responsible for working clients through the enterprise product roadmap and building out and supporting our Enterprise Product. Will act in a pre and post sale capacity focused on a consultative and insightful approach to assist in closing the sale and maintaining the momentum during the post sales process. Responsible for working with a Sales Engineer on determining Scope of Work (SOW) and overall Return on Investment (ROI) potential for any prospective clients with large potential. Participates as part of Enterprise Sales Team to educate customers about Chimes Product Roadmap, evaluate and recommend product development priorities, gather requirements from current and prospective clients, and draft statements of work for custom development where needed. The Enterprise Product Owner will serve as the primary technical interface between our customers, sales, and product development. Will be responsible for some Product Training to Enterprise Sales when there are new product releases.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist Account Executives (Enterprise Sales Team) by addressing both general and specific questions regarding the Chime product.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives upon request on point-of-sale opportunities as the technical product specialist that bridges the gap between product and account management.
  • Develop and deliver training, reporting, and tips to the Enterprise Sales Team on a regular basis.
  • Assist the Enterprise Sales Team by diverting client feedback to the right channels internally to better understand Enterprise client needs and how we can bolster the existing roadmap.
  • Contribute with active feedback to the Product Team, collaborate on the development of roadmap priorities.
  • Support the functionality and integration of the company’s sales and marketing automation platform.
  • Act as a credible resource to develop an ongoing rapport with clients, providing exceptional customer service related to resolving their technical challenges.
  • Work in collaboration with the team to support the execution of professional and effective project management.
  • Keep abreast of platform advancements, focusing on proactively anticipating business needs and adding value to the team, projects, and various client deployments.
  • Work as the liaison between the Sales Team and Product Team Members.
  • Coordinate and prioritize software integrations available via open-API, work as secondary points of contact as these relationships are explored and report these partnership and integration ideas to the VP of Enterprise and Partnerships.
  • Help to manage and maintain an internal "wiki" with resources for the Sales and CS Team.
  • Attend specific meetings when sales leadership deems appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales on all team-related continuous improvement items, including weekly meetings.
  • Communicate clearly on the progress of daily/weekly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within customer accounts and help the Enterprise Sales team to ensure growth attainment through land and expand strategies.
  • Participate in meetings with potential clients, current clients, and Product Team to review services, resources, and to make recommendations for growth
  • Build and foster relationships with current and prospective Enterprise customers.
  • Identify areas of improvement to exceed team sales quotas.
  • Provide consultation on the development and improvement of clients' product adoption via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Be prepared to have insightful Enterprise client discussions to demonstrate an understanding of the clients needs and business.

Requirements

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, along with negotiation skills, with demonstrable ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing enterprise client relationships within a high-volume environment.\
  • 2-3 years of experience as a project manager, product manager, or solutions architect.
  • Experience developing and presenting business presentations for leadership and customers.
  • Technical experience in a sales and/or marketing automation platform is helpful and preferred.
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team member in a fast paced, and high volume work environment, operating with a high level of detail and conscientiousness.
  • Past coding experience can be helpful in communicating with our engineering team.\
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills in the English language.
  • Ability to multitask, creative thinker, problem solver. Bring out your inner project manager.
