This is a full time position located at MLIH's administrative offices at Fountain Place in Logan, WV.

POSITION PURPOSE:

This employee should possess the ability to oversee daily office procedures. This employee should be able to meet deadlines, making the compliance office run smoothly and be familiar with licensure and clinical compliance operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Type correspondence, individual program plans, reports, evaluations, and assessments and contracts.
2. Assist supervisor with personnel matters and attend meetings as needed.
3. Communicate with staff, clients, and other agencies and the general public by telephone, in writing, and face to face.
4. Complete daily office tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
5. Learn and organize operations data.
6. Keep track of schedules and help Supervisor to meet deadlines.
7. Must be aware of matters of agency confidentiality at all times.
8. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
9. Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.
10. Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with Compliance Officer to create consistency in safety standards throughout the agency.
11. Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site.
12. Complete building inspection at least quarterly.
13. Chair Safety Committee monthly.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma with emphasis on business and typing with some computer experience preferred. At least one year experience in a business setting required.
