Logic Key Inc. is Hiring a Software Support Specialist Near Linton, IN

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented customer support representative comfortable helping users over email, phone, and web meetings. This individual should have great communication skills and be comfortable speaking and presenting to groups of 10 to 30 customers for training purposes. This individual always maintains professionalism and has great problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Software Support (email and phone)
  • Training (on site and via web meetings)
  • Troubleshoot software issues encountered by users during daily use of enterprise software functions.
  • Facilitate problem-solving between end user and software development staff
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team and communicate effectively with internal staff
  • Assist in other areas as needed (i.e. contact customers, office needs, documentation and/or provide other minor technical support)

Skills

  • Must have an aptitude for building strong interpersonal relationships with customers
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technology
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with current and potential clients by answering product questions, provide software support in a timely and courteous manner
  • Previous customer support experience is desired
  • Presentation/public speaking skills
  • Great troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Performs well under pressure and is resourceful in meeting our clients’ deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
