Job Description:

As a QA Manager at logik.io, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You'll lead our QA team, driving excellence in testing processes and methodologies to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product development, and shape the future of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate testing tasks, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of releases.
• Define and maintain quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to measure and improve product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential risks, and advocate for quality-driven solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing, to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and increase test coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance QA methodologies, tools, and workflows.
• Experience Benchmarking and automating performance testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a QA leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing QA teams and delivering high-quality software products.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
