A leading Healthcare agency is seeking a strong ServiceNow Manager/Project Manager for a long term contract role. The client prefers local candidates who can be on site, but remote will be considered.
The client has implemented ITSM with Incident Management and are in the process of implementing PPM and Demand Management but have struggled to fully implement. They are seeking a strong and experienced PM to come in and assess where the project is and create a detailed plan to finish up and go-live, then plan for next phase.
Duties:
o Complete PPM implementation
o Complete Demand Management implementation
o Clean up and optimize ITSM
o OCM: training and communication plan/materials
o Plan for future phases
