- Act as the primary point of contact for wood pulp customers via email and phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and other internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Facilitate smooth container loading processes by providing schedules and updates.
- Logistics and Reporting
- Coordinate and schedule container loading activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
- Perform monthly inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Create and share accurate inventory reports with internal teams and customers.
- Documentation and Data Entry
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, shipments, and customer interactions in company databases.
- Enter and update customer and inventory data with precision.
- Visual Documentation
- Take and organize photos of shipments, products, or loading processes as needed.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas to improve efficiency in communication and operations and provide recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
