Your role in our success:
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the pricing team and front-line sales staff to ensure accurate pricing, fast quotes, and seamless order processing.
- Customer Engagement: Be the go-to point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and valuable information that enhances their experience.
- Optimize Sales Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the sales process, helping to drive efficiency and faster responses to client needs.
- Order Management: Ensure every sales order is processed accurately and quickly, with complete documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Data Management: Keep customer and pricing databases up to date, ensuring easy access to the latest information for the sales team.

- Training & Support: Help onboard and train new sales team members by providing essential resources on pricing strategies and best practices.

What you can bring to the table:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related area.
