Job Description
The Supply Technician provides Unit Supply, ERPS, or PBO Clerk Support; job duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assists FORSCOM assigned and or attached Units in the following areas: receiving, inspecting, inventory, loading/unloading, segregating, storing, issuing, delivering and turn-in organizational and installation supplies and equipment.
Augments Units with property book reconciliations and adjustments, hand receipts build, sub-hand receipts, component hand receipts, shortage annexes, filing systems, and all things related to CSDP at the Company/Battery/Troop level through Brigade S4 level.
Assists and trains Units with merging / splitting and transferring of property books, augment cyclic and sensitive item inventories per regulation and assist units in acquiring and expediting supplies from approved source.
Generates, posts and updates property adjustments in GCSS-Army.
Assists Unit Maintenance Supervisor and the Unit Equipment Parts Record Specialist in the following areas: maintaining records, service records, ordering and managing repair parts, dispatching of vehicles and equipment, update accounting records, post receipts and turn-ins and due-ins and dues-outs accounting using Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).
Assists Corps units with UME, Rese, refurbishment programs when available.
Conducts logistical research using the Logistics Information Systems (LIS) Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) portal, Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC) or other applicable LIS.
Requirements
Must be proficient in: GCSS-Army and Decision Support Tool (DST).
