As a Front End catering / Cashier, you will be responsible for taking Catering Orders and cashiering, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient checkout processes. . Responsibilities: - =cashiers and customer service representatives / Hot foods / Catering- Ensure smooth and efficient operations at the checkout area - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns - Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers - - Maintain accurate records of daily transactions - -Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless store operations Requirements: - - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers - Knowledge of retail math calculations for accurate pricing and discounts - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
