As a Client Account Analyst (AR), you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable and client relations initiatives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, proactively assessing client account receivable profiles, working closely with firm staff or directly contacting clients to expedite the collection of outstanding invoices and more.

Job Title: Client Account Analyst (A/R)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $48,000-51,000

Responsibilities:

• Process, review, and mail client account statements monthly.
• Accurately enter and maintain up-to-date information summarizing all collection-related activities within the Accounts Receivable Collection System (ARCS) for all assigned client accounts receivable positions.
• Follow up with clients, document actions taken in the ARCS, and determine next steps for resolving overdue and challenging accounts.
• Engage proactively with firm clients in a professional manner to ensure timely invoice payments and identify any potential obstacles to prompt payment.
• Interface with various eBilling websites used in the firm’s billing processes to review client invoice statuses and inform billing managers of any missing or rejected invoices.
• Provide updates to attorneys and business unit personnel on the status of their clients’ accounts receivables.
• Assist practice groups in their collection efforts by providing timely and accurate updates, recommendations, and supporting documentation for next steps on client accounts.
• Collaborate with Revenue Coordinators in the firm’s international offices on updates, next steps, and strategies for partner and client interactions to monetize accounts receivable balances.
• Meet regularly with firm management to identify and discuss potentially at-risk accounts.
• Develop collaborative relationships with other departments to address challenges in the bill-to-cash cycle as they arise.

Qualifications:

• High School or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
• Experience within the law space or financial services/banking
• Technically skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applications and proficient in computer skills
• Ability to work independently
