Location: Wilmington, DE
Schedule: Mon - Fri 830am - 5pm (fully onsite)
Pay Rate: $50,000 - $62,000
Responsibilities:
- Timely Bank Reconciliations
- Initiate billings and record cash receipts when necessary.
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Record commercial tenant deposits when necessary.
- Perform credit card allocations with assistance/oversight.
- Ensure completeness of recording of all bank transactions
- Ensure bank Auto-Debit ACH/Deposit activity is recorded timely.
- Runner – deposit checks at branches and/or go to the post office when necessary
- Coordinate with Property Accountant and Controller on property coding
- Maintain up-to-date trackers for utilities/debt service/etc.
- Assist with updating tenant details in Rent Manger/Infor
- 1-2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper and/or Junior Accountant
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes and procedures
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Real estate background a plus
