Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our dynamic communications company. The Controller will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role is critical for maintaining the financial health of the company, providing strategic financial insights, and supporting executive management with key financial information.

Hybrid 2-3 days on site

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management role; experience in the communications or technology sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience creating financial reports and budgets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
