Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 salaried

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with a focus on Site Design, who will play a pivotal role in managing and developing a variety of civil projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, site design, and relevant permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and design a diverse range of projects including multi-use, residential, commercial, and educational developments.
• Manage the entire site design process from conceptualization to final approval, including stormwater management, grading, erosion control, and utility design.
• Conduct site investigations and research state and local design standards for compliance.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and contractors throughout project lifecycles.
• Attend client meetings to discuss project progress, requirements, and any necessary adjustments.
• Local travel between New Jersey and Pennsylvania will be part of this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in land development and site design, covering sketch plans, site layout, grading, utility design, sewage planning, and relevant permitting processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must, with knowledge of other related software being advantageous.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and permitting processes.
• Strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Track record of managing and designing multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
