The ideal Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier candidates to join our growing team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Location: Camden, NJ

Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet basic qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
• Facilitate the hiring decision-making process, including conducting reference checks and making recommendations to management.
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and passive prospects for future opportunities.
• Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continually improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
• Union experience, preferred.
