We are seeking a forward thinking and analytical Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support our HR department to help aid the daily HR operations and provide developmental strategies. This individual will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and more.

Location: Croydon, PA

Pay: $35-41/hr

Responsibilities:

• Offers daily guidance to leaders on matters such as employee relations, policy interpretation and implementation, talent management and development, and comprehensive rewards.
• Examines trends, demographics, and metrics, collaborating with site leadership to develop strategies, solutions, programs, and policies.
• Keeps thorough knowledge of legal requirements for employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manages talent acquisition for various business units including manufacturing operations, quality and inspection, engineering, sales, and customer support. Screens candidate applications and resumes for necessary skills, experience, and knowledge to meet position requirements. Refers suitable candidates to hiring managers and ensures timely processing of offers and onboarding.
• Oversees and/or assists with annual HR processes such as performance management, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, and more.
• Addresses employee relations issues and resolves grievances as necessary.
• Engages in plant and office safety reviews, including reporting and managing injury-related claims.
• Collaborates closely with management and employees to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy advice and guidance to various business units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience required
• Background/experience in a manufacturing, engineering, construction or related field is highly preferred
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Proficient within HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Analytical and detail-oriented
