The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Location: Warminster, PA (hybrid schedule)

Salary: $60,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Support other accounting projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
