Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repairs Manager to oversee our repairs department. As the Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of repairs. This is a critical role within our organization, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business.

• Duties:
• Manage and supervise a team of repairs technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Develop and implement repair processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Monitor repair schedules and prioritize work orders based on urgency and customer needs
• Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and inventory management, to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct regular inspections of repaired items to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, including documentation of parts used, labor hours, and costs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in repair techniques
• Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced repair environment

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Solid understanding of repair processes and best practices
• Proficient in using computer software for tracking repairs and generating reports
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
