Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing construction documents, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.

Duties:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall estimated cost
- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam to create accurate estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
- Develop detailed proposals outlining project scope, costs, and timelines
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Monitor project progress to ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively

Experience:
- Proven experience in Construction Estimating and Project Management
- Proficiency in software tools like Bluebeam, Word, Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and negotiation techniques
- Ability to build accurate estimates, negotiate prices, and manage project budgets efficiently
