The Lone Star team is seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will be key in ensuring blower shipments are correct, all accessories are pulled and packed, and make ready is completed prior to final sign off. Additionally, packing parts sales, scheduling trucks and arranging for collections off site when needed.

Responsibilities: This Role will be responsible for ensuring blower shipments are correct, all accessories are pulled and packed, and make ready is completed prior to final sign off. Additionally, packing parts sales, scheduling trucks and arranging for collections off site when needed.

· Ensure jobs in Make Ready are proceeding in timely manner

· Enforce guidelines laid out in QC Checklist

Qualifications:

  • Use and understanding of tape measure
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Great communication skills
  • Familiarity/Experience with International Shipment requirements
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Attention to Detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills and process to improve productivity
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Works Consistently without distractions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Continually required to stand 8-12 hours
  • Frequently required to walk 8-12 hours
  • Occasionally required to sit
  • Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
  • Frequently required to talk or hear
  • Frequently utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Frequently exposure to wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather)
  • Frequently work near moving mechanical parts
  • Occasionally work in high, precarious places
  • Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals which may require pulmonary fit test and respirator fitting
  • Frequently exposure to outside weather conditions
  • Frequently exposure to extreme heat or cold (non-weather)
  • Frequently loud noise (examples: metal can manufacturing, large earth-moving equipment)
  • Frequently very loud noise (example: jack hammer work)
  • Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used
