Requirements
A minimum of three years related experience in a financial institution. Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Excellent listening and clear verbal skills.
Ability to remain organized, especially while handling multiple priorities at one time.
Fluent in Spanish is helpful.
Responsibilities:
Provide service and sales support, feedback, coaching, training, recognition, and development opportunities to Terrell staff. Schedule and assist in the hiring and performance management processes.
Supervise the daily operations of the Terrell branch to meet goals set by management. Manage daily workflow, assist employee with questions, and handle escalated problems.
Assist Members and potential members as needed with their requests regarding depository, new account, and/or member service needs, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems that are within authority to resolve. Constantly vigilant of opportunities to cross-sell products and services that will improve the Member's financial well-being.
Work with managers, staff, and other departments to meet Members' needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor department activities to ensure compliance with established credit union policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.
Make recommendations to improve the overall Member experience through improved service delivery, operating methods, policies, or procedures.
