The Medical Assistants will be working Monday to Friday first shift, with no weekends, or holidays!
Job Description and responsibilities:
- Checking in and rooming patients
- Supporting providers with patients in the room
- Checking vitals and updating patient information via EMR systems
- Answers phone calls for referrals, schedule patient tests, procedures and hospital admissions.
- Performs administrative duties, typing, filing, faxing, reception
- Valid Certification as a Medical Assistant
- 2 years of experience as a back office medical assistant
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Monday to Friday with first shift hours.
- Hourly pay rate based on experience
