Under the general supervision of the President, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for Creative Development, Digital Marketing and Social Media Content, Marketing reports, Photography/Videography, Copywriting, and Urban Pace's email marketing campaigns. Will act as the Webmaster for the CMS WordPress sites for projects and the Urban Pace website. Will also handle any deals smaller than 8 units with direct contact with the client and creative vendor. Additionally, will assist the President with accounting processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Creates and updates sales/marketing collateral, branded lender/pricing sheets, and signage in conjunction with our creative agencies.
2. Acts as liaison to facilitate communications between creative partners, vendors, and Urban Pace on project creative deliverables.
3. Plans and assists in the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, social media advertising campaigns.
4. Serves as gatekeeper to CMS for Urban Pace website and project websites regarding any updates and maintenance.
5. Identify trends and insights to ensure optimization of ad budgets and content performance.
6. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects
• Possess a high-level of energy and ability to multitask.
• Excellent computer skills and fluency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with email marketing tools.
• Experience with Google Ad Words and Analytics and Facebook Ad Campaigns.
• Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.

Wage: $65,000 - $85,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
