What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Agent Success position at Long & Foster?

The Manager, Agent Success will assist the Director with the development of content and courses aimed at improving agent performance and growth. They will report to the VP of Professional Development. Key responsibilities include focusing on and facilitating agent onboarding as well as serving as a liaison to new agents, managing and enhancing the agent affiliation process. This role will also act as a liaison to managers with training accountability and reporting, creating and facilitating accountability initiatives following the completion of agent training courses. Additionally, you will lead the redevelopment and implementation of successions programs.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, structure content and schedule a variety of learning formats, including e-learning, workshops, and live presentations.
  • Collaborate with regional training teams.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to small and large groups, in person or virtually as requested.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, real estate regulations, and emerging sales strategies to keep content current and effective.
  • Utilize adult learning principles to create materials that cater to different learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic).
  • Provide input on content delivery methods to ensure maximum engagement and retention.

  • Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
  • Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners.
  • Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
  • Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in real estate sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with proven experience in content creation, preferred in real estate.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and various content delivery methods (e-learning, live training, video tutorials, etc.).
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly and effectively.
  • Experience presenting and teaching in-person and virtually.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, contracts, and common practices preferred.
