Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Home Exteriors Project Manager with experience in Roofing and Windows to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, project coordination, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

- Roofing and Windows experience
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera and Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and Civil 3D
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
