Building on its heritage, LIU Pharmacy is dedicated to excellence in the education of the pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists of tomorrow.

The Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences at LIU Pharmacy invites applications for two full-time tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level in the field of Pharmaceutics. The college also has a center of data analytics and artificial/augmented intelligence, which candidates can use to refine their ideas and research programs to determine the worth of further development.

These are 12-month positions. Rank will depend on qualifications and experience. These positions require a Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutics. A B.S. degree in pharmacy is highly desirable. A prior record of teaching in some capacity (teaching assistant, Instructor, Lecturer, etc.) at a college of pharmacy or similar program is preferred. Applicants must possess a track record of scholarly research and peer-reviewed publications and demonstrate potential for attracting extramural funding. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Interested applicants should submit a cover letter indicating professional experience and goals relevant to the position, curriculum vitae, a brief statement of research interests, and contact information of three references through The University's employment site at https://jobs.liu.edu/#/list
