Our client is a leading investment firm with over $100B AUM. They seek to hire a Senior Associate/VP level member to join their real estate portfolio management team.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Stay abreast of market dynamics, economic trends, and industry developments to inform investment strategies and portfolio positioning. Conduct market studies and feasibility analyses to assess new opportunities.
2. Data Analytics: Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets. Develop models and metrics to evaluate portfolio performance, risk exposure, and investment potential.
3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine strategic objectives for the real estate portfolio. Provide strategic guidance based on market insights, industry best practices, and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of total work experience within a technical real estate seat
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution
• Demonstrated professional and academic achievement
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting
