- Prepare detailed reports which might include procedures for processing data through the use of Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS) database.
- Conduct quality control and auditing of databases in a client/server environment to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data.
- Advise users on access to various client/server databases.
- Provide all activities related to the administration of computerized databases used in Asset Management.
- Collect inventory, financial and contractual data to manage the asset throughout its life cycle.
- Communicate with management, technicians, and end-users to evaluate need prior to development of an automated solution.
- Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training.

- Experience in utilizing the Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS) database.

- Must have 1-4 years of experience and a high school diploma or GED certification. .
