Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and best practices.
- Implement and oversee treatment plans, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with advances in physical therapy and integrate new techniques and evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards, including clinic policies and procedures.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in outpatient settings preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
