Earn Uncapped Income

Our sales representatives receive a generous Commission-Based compensation package, allowing for increased income for each sales representative as they excel. A 60-day probationary period includes guaranteed base pay. Once the probationary period ends, the position will graduate to a full commission-based pay structure including first commissions, second commissions, and a monthly mileage reimbursement. An average first-year sales representative will earn $65,000.

Work schedule hours vary throughout the year. An ideal candidate is willing to have a flexible schedule and be self-motivated to adjust their own hours to meet their goals. Suggested hours in the summer months include 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and in the winter months 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturdays recommended.

To be qualified to join our team you will need to:

• Provide a Current Driver’s License.
• Own a Reliable Vehicle.
• Basic Technological Skills to Navigate an iPad.
• Ability to Navigate a Route.
• Negotiation skills.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check.
• A Clean, Well-Groomed Appearance is Required. (Uniform badges, shirts, and caps are provided upon hire.)

Job Type: Full-time

Commission: $60,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Saturdays recommended.
