- Must have hands-on, high-volume Accounts Payable processing
- 5 years of detailed Accounts Payable experience
- BILL.com and Sage Intacct experience would be ideal
- This is a hands-on, “player-coach” type of a role, not just supervision
- Full cycle AP from vendor set-up, processing invoices and coordinating payments through BILL.com.
- Good communication skills since this person will interact with every level in the company, discuss issues with vendors, set up utilities on direct debits, banks, etc..
- Highly organized.
