Healthcare company providing Behavioral Health services in mulitiple locations throughout the state of Ohio is currently recruiting a Business Development Representative for the Dayton, OH market.

The position of Business Development Representative will be responsible for leading business devolpment activitieas at all of our sites through providing leadership and structure, as well as playing a key part in developing new territories as we expand into new markets.

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Representative will have knowledge of and experience with insurance systems, and health care marketing knowledge and experience.

At least 2 years of experience is preferred for this role. This position involves travel throughout our service area and will be out of the company offices 75% of the time.

• Must have proven track record of health care marketing success in Behavioral Health and Addictions
• Multi Site Leadership preferred
• Knowledge and experience with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills
• Reliable transportation a must
• Flexibility with days and time needed
• Able to work independently
