Duties of Staffing Cooorinator / Scheduler :
Coordinating staff for nursing, as needed throughout the facility. This includes receiving and promptly acting on request for staff coverage from supervisors on a daily basis.
This position works closely with supervisors and staff employees to provide adequate coverage in the facility. This position also requires some on call duties.
Requirements for Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler :
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Excellent customer services skills.
Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to maintain confidentially.
