Take a lead in ensuring training and support to individuals participating in administrative learning tasks. This person will work in collaboration with the receptionist/administrative assistant to provide excellent customer service to anyone who walks through the door at Looking Upwards. This position performs a variety of tasks for the Employment Services and Inclusive Community departments. The person in this role will serve as a teacher and coach for our administrative learning course offered to individuals seeking to gain skills administratively. This person will be able to perform the duties of a job coach, personal care attendant, direct support professional and administrative assistant. This role provides billable direct service to individuals supported through Looking Upwards. Essential duties include the ability to complete tasks in an efficient manner while providing learning support in a side by side leadership style of interaction.
