Job Profile:

Responsibilities: 

o Data analytics on large sets of complex and sometimes unstructured data

o Transform data according to analysis needs and develop approaches to deal with imperfections in data (e.g. missing values or inconsistent data formatting)

o Responsible for analysis and problem solving as relates to data, types of data, and relationships among data elements within a business system.

o Identify and automate various manual data and business processes using the appropriate technologies

o Utilize PowerBI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into healthcare performance metrics, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency

o Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.

o Work with different data sources and accurately access the correct data within relational databases based on business needs and reporting requirements

o Collaborate with all levels of business teams (project managers, finance team, business development team, executive management, etc.)

o Manage assigned projects to ensure they are delivered successfully and in a timely manner

o Participate in method development, process improvement, and standardization

o Design visual representations and report strategic connectivity to department and enterprise goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

Proficiencies: 

o Extensive knowledge of business intelligence analytics software such as PowerBI, Excel, etc.

o Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

o Exceptional time management skills

o Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations

o Strong desire to learn new technologies and drive for continuous efficiencies in process

o Analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated planning and organization skills

o Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; set priorities; respond to changing demands from multiple sources

Preferred Experience: 

o Data migrations and/or system transitions

o Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

o Home-services industry experience

o Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

o bachelor's degree

o Knowledge of pest control CRM systems

o Experience using SmartSheet project management software

o Pest control industry knowledge and/or experience
