Job Profile:
Responsibilities:
o Lead the efforts of a specialized team, dedicated to migrating acquired customer data into Lookout standard digital systems; specifically, PestPac (CRM)
o Develop and manage the execution of data migration project plans
o Liaise with 3rd party digital system vendors and merchants on behalf of Lookout
o Collaborate with trainers to ensure that content of user training for digital systems is appropriate
o Identify and implement ways to automate recurring processes
o Facilitate the transition of ownership of other digital accounts acquired through M&A projects
o Execute ad-hoc tasks from the integration playbook, supporting multiple M&A projects simultaneously
o Refine IT integration playbooks & strategies based on deal feedback
Job Requirements:
Proficiencies:
o Prior experience leading others in an project management or IT leadership role
o Prior experience with data migrations between databases
o Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
o Exceptional time management skills
o Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
o Strong desire to learn new technologies and drive for continuous efficiencies in process
o Analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated planning and organization skills
o Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; set priorities; respond to changing demands from multiple sources
Preferred Experience:
o Data migrations and/or system transitions
o Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
o Home-services industry experience
o Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
o bachelor's degree
o Knowledge of pest control CRM systems
o Experience using SmartSheet project management software
o Pest control industry knowledge and/or experience
