Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned territory
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailoring solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and swift resolution of any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas of opportunity and improvement
- Proven track record in sales, in the pest control or home services industry
- Must be able to prove annual sales revenue
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
