Responsibilities:
- Performing pest control treatments at customer properties
- Conducting inspections to identify pest problems and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed and documenting any findings or recommendations
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pest Control Technician license or certification is preferred
- Experience in the pest control industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
