The Human Resources Business Partner will focus on the merger and acquisition process. The HRBP will be responsible for coordinating and managing onboarding, documentation, training, and data production in support of our growth plans.

Overview of Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Expectations will include:
● Planning Working internally and externally to ensure smooth transition of acquisitions. Prepare documentation regarding pay, benefits, policy, procedure, and culture for onboarding.
● Evaluating Continually monitor process and suggest improvements as needed.
● Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with team members.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field: Required (combination of relevant work experience and education considered)
· Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Resource professional experience: HR certification preferred
· Training in Federal, state laws and application of HR policy in a manufacturing environment and positive employee relations
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and a minimum of 5 years of HRIS systems experience. ADP is preferred
