The Manager of Inside Sales will focus on the development and growth of the inside sales team. The Manager will coach, train, and produce data in support of our growth plans. - Produce data to provide real time feedback on goals and metrics
- Design and deliver training content
- Coach and develop team members
- Communicate professionally and effectively
- Design and run contests and incentives to drive performance

- Managing a team of inside sales specialists to ensure quality performance

RequirementsRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage a team
- Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic
- Proven track record as a manager overseeing and leading a team of inside sales specialists or similar
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as; Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
- Ability to travel based on company needs (minimal travel)
