The right person for this role is a proven leader with experience supporting the Loop hiring team across: Sales, Engineering, and Operations based roles. In partnership with the business, you will design and execute innovative recruitment strategies and actively source passive talent to ensure we have the right leaders in every department.

About the Role: You will be working with the hiring team across multiple departments to support Loops scaling growth goals. This individual will be a partner in the recruiting process and a champion of candidate experience. Hiring will be a mix of remote or hybrid roles as Loop continues to grow at are HQ in El Segundo into the global market.
Expected salary range: $90,000-100,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the full life cycle of recruiting for our support center roles including: sourcing, strategic ad posting, screening interviewing, interview coordination, talent calibration and offer-to-hire.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders.
  • Provide recommendations and talent insights using market knowledge, a strong network, and data to tell a story in the recruiting process.
  • Strategically plan for future hiring needs in partnership with Hiring Managers and People partners.
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with leaders that yields successful, high caliber talent selection
  • Execute recruiting initiatives that drive strategic priorities of the company
  • Coach and provide training to leaders on the different touch points of the recruiting process as needed including: behavioral based interviewing, applicant tracking system usage and crafting an excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners across the organization for special recruiting projects, initiatives and analysis
  • Maintain flexibility, navigate through ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of full lifecycle leadership/corporate recruiting experience with a high growth, high-performing company/companies
  • Experience with Executive level and multi-function areas of the business
  • A background in Sales or Technical Recruiting is preferred
  • Recruiting experience in Electric Vehicle, Electric Charging, or EV Industry in general preferred
  • Knowledge of various ATS systems, Jobvite preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with track record of building positive relationships with cross functional teams
  • Team player who can collaborate with leadership partners while also demonstrating the ability to be a self starter….
  • Familiarity with driving recruiting initiatives and thinking creatively about various recruiting approaches
  • A champion of DEI
  • Ability to influence and inform the business and partners to understand the talent market and trends
  • Prior experience recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment and scaling a team by 100%
Total Compensation Package (FTE):
  • Salary: $90,000-100,000
