Job Summary:

Loophire is seeking an experienced Sales Hunter to plan and execute direct sales for three companies: Nebraska Warehouse, Cannonball Express, and The Junction. The Sales Manager must be knowledgeable about all three business units and sell solutions and services to new and existing customers.

Job Duties:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage Portfolio: Ensure long-term success of new business.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and growth areas. Promote all company products and services.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• New Customer Development: Use ethical sales methods to develop new customers.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• RFP Responses and Quotes: Assist in creating RFP responses and preparing quotes.
• Customer and Coworker Relations: Maintain positive relationships and respond to questions and concerns professionally.
• Sales Tools: Use and update customer contact tools and systems.
• Sales Inquiries: Respond to inquiries by email, phone, and personal visits.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on activities and performance metrics.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of products and services.
• Professional Development: Attend workshops, review publications, network, and participate in professional societies.
• Other Duties: As assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3 years in the Transportation Industry.
• Proven success as a sales representative or manager.
• Strong negotiation, marketing, and selling skills.
• Excellent networking and rapport-building skills.
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
• Efficient, accurate, and independent worker.
• Organized, flexible, and adaptable to changing deadlines.
