We are seeking a dynamic Accounting Services Manager to join our team!
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regional Responsibility for the Americas: Manage Accounting Services team, oversee cash management & reconciliation, banking, intercompany accounting, sales & use taxes, property taxes, treasury management, purchasing card administration, GR/IR reconciliation. Strong focus on accounts payable processes.
- Global Responsibility: Owner of vendor invoice management (VIM) system and processes; Concur travel and entertainment system administration
- Assist with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare, review, and analyze account reconciliation in areas of responsibility to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or 10 years of comparable relevant experience. CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- SAP experience strongly preferred.
