This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must meet all licensing requirements and complete necessary training. Acceptance of this role does not guarantee an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. You must undergo the standard State Farm agent selection process if you wish to pursue an agency opportunity. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees, and these employees are not State Farm employees.
