We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Coordinator with expertise in NESC (National Electrical Safety Code) standards and proficiency in using camera equipment for inspection and documentation purposes. Job Summary: The Quality Coordinator will oversee and ensure the quality of our products and services, working closely with large utilities companies. This role requires 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance, with specific expertise in NESC standards and camera equipment usage. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols in compliance with NESC standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize camera equipment to document inspections, identify defects, and verify compliance.
• Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the utilities industry.
• Strong knowledge of NESC standards and their application in quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in using camera equipment for inspection and documentation purposes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
