Lorenzo Nissan of Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a Cashier / Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to represent Lorenzo Nissan with honesty and integrity.
The position requires a detail-oriented person that can be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ADP/CDK is strongly preferred but not required. The ideal candidate must have excellent people and communication skills and able to multitask. We are looking for someone to work full time Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities - Cashier / Receptionist:

• Answer telephone, transfer calls, take messages, help customers when needed.
• Receipt money for service, parts, and sales.
• Make service appointments.
• Maintains customer satisfaction at or above company standards.
• Process paperwork on a timely basis
• Sign out and keep good records for the books/gas cards and dealer plates.
• Keep the waiting area neat and stocked for customers.
• Communicate frequently via phone/email with all departments.
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements - Cashier / Receptionist:

• Excellent people and communication skills
• Punctual with STRONG attendance history
• Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
• Good organizational skills
• Must be dependable.
• Strong attention to detail
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
• Strong analytical skills
• Professional Appearance and Effective Communication Skills
