- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
- You should have experience as a Telecom/Communications Product or Program Manager
- Experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales - any role in or working with the teams in telecom/cable or similar area.
- Experience Transformational program delivery (in any role)
- Experience in Strategic Telecom or BSS work
- Experience in Customer/Client solutions
- Experience working with Sr Leaders on programs.
- Ability to inspire and instill confidence in peers and colleagues by fulfilling service demand with a high degree of quality and intentionality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when working with other teams, providing feature documentation, and providing product demonstrations to larger audiences
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
