The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in System Design, Programming/Software Development, SAP Advanced Order Management, and SAP Advanced Pricing.
This role involves designing and implementing robust systems that align with our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee the development and integration of software solutions, ensuring they align with company standards.
Provide expertise in SAP Advanced Order Management to streamline order processing and improve customer satisfaction.
Implement SAP Advanced Pricing strategies to optimize pricing models and increase profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure all system designs are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance criteria.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality software development.
Develop and maintain documentation for system designs, configurations, and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system design and software development.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance system performance and development efficiency.
Qualifications - Possess a strong background in System Design with a focus on creating scalable and efficient architectures.
Demonstrate expertise in Programming and Software Development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages.
Have extensive experience in SAP Advanced Order Management, including configuration and customization.
Show proficiency in SAP Advanced Pricing, with a track record of implementing effective pricing strategies.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Display strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts.
- Experienced SAP SD & LE IM/LE-TRA Solution driven expert such as requirements gathering, process mapping, design, testing the implemented functionalities to meet business needs, training end-user, involve in hyper care and post go-live support.
- In-depth knowledge on the understanding of supply chain management and the procurement functions.
- Variant configuration knowledge
- EDI Knowledge, configuration, and an end-to-end EDI validation with both customers and the internal MES/3PL/4PL WM/EWM warehouse system.
- Knowledge on Industry specific labels example: Zebra, SATO industrial label printers
- Cross border and Ocean shipment knowledge would be beneficial.
- Validating the Change request and thoroughly testing the objects
- Having good experience on the Stock transfer order, 3rd party orders, subcontracting process.
- Good knowledge with multiple MES systems interfaces
- Having experienced in involving in the integrated testing cycle(ITC) and work with business users to guide them and train them.
- Work with implementation system integrators and help achieve the project goals
