Job Title: Senior Platform DeveloperLocation: Springfield, IL 62701 (Hybrid)Duration: FulltimePosition Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, specifically focusing on Dynamics CRM.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support MSFT PowerApps applications that leverage the Dynamics and Power platforms.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics and other systems, applications, etc.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support AI-dynamics-related solutions (e.g., CoPilot, etc.).
- Lead the evaluation of new Dynamics products and services and provide written recommendations for future implementation.
- 5 years of general Dynamics development experience.
- 4 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics CRM.
- 5 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online.
- 5 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting MSFT PowerApps applications.
- Web technologies development experience (JS, CSS, HTML, XML)
- Experience with API/REST web services and data sources.
- Experience with structured development lifecycles and technical documentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience with Learning Management Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
- Understanding of version control systems, notably Git.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
- Experience with Product Management and Health & Human Services Projects.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
- Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
